Full job description

Crucial People Ltd

Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year

Exciting opportunity to join a growing BMS business and develop and utilise multiple skills.

You will be part of a dynamic team, working across a variety of tasks on a number of different Building Management System products.

No two days will be the same and you will find yourself working on all aspects of BMS Controls engineering.

If you are looking to turn up and commissioning floor after floor of FCU’s, or just doing endless service fault-finding visits which turn out to be broken plant, then stop reading now.

If however you are looking for a new opportunity in the BMS Controls field where you will be able to use your full skill-set and develop new ones as well, then this may well be the right job for you.

Predominantly working inside the M25, with some work in the surrounding counties, you will be an experienced BMS engineer to join a multi-talented team and get involved in all aspects of the company’s work.

Your week will be an interesting mix of work ranging from helping with design, writing some software, making graphics, checking electrical installations, pre-commissioning and commissioning on site and even a small amount of service thrown in for good measure. There is genuine scope to have a varied role and be recognised for contributing to the wider success of the business.

You will be working on a range of products from a variety of BMS manufacturers to include Trend, Tridium and Distech.

You will receive.

Competitive annual salary
Phone / Laptop / Tool
Ongoing training and development
Car Allowance (will consider company car)
Travel Expenses
Private Medical insurance after (probation)
Contributory Pension Scheme (after probation)
Employee bonus scheme paying up to 10% of salary, based on both your personal performance and that of the company.

Who might this suit?

* A highly experienced service engineer who has been pigeon-holed into just doing PPM’s and reactive call-outs.

* A relatively junior engineer who isn’t getting as much training and development in all aspects of BMS engineering as they would like.

* A commissioning engineer who wants to get more involved in design and software.

You get the picture – if you are feeling under-utilised and under-stretched, I want to hear from you.

Get in touch to find out more.

You must have a Right To Work in the UK.

Crucial People operates as both an Empoyment Agency and an Employment Business.
