Blended Learning Designer

Our client is a successful learning and development consultancy, creating bespoke learning solutions with real business impact for a variety of major ‘blue chip’ clients. They are seeking a creative learning specialist who will be responsible for the design of training interventions.
About the role
*Act as the subject matter learning expert for the design and development of supplementary resources for world class training and learning interventions.
*Create blended training programmes that focus predominantly on face to face learning
*Liaise closely with clients to ascertain their requirements for the expansion of learning resources outside of the classroom.
*Detailed design and development of supporting materials that focus predominantly on soft skills, sales and customer service related subject matter.
About you
*Educated to a minimum of degree level.
*Must have a deep and credible understanding of learning design principals and learning pedagogy and the ability to combine this with a high level of creativity to produce additional high quality learning resources.
*Experience of producing a blended learning approach to training
*Must have previous training design and development experience, with a focus on sales and customer service content within a corporate or public sector environment.
*Must have a flexible and can do attitude to work.
