Bilingual Account Manager – Russian and English

Our client who is based in Wokingham is seeking a passionate Bilingual Account/Programme Manager to join them.

Salary £31,200per annum plus fantastic benefits

The Account/Programme Manager will partner with and ensure the long-term success of the organisations customers.
You will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.
The job holder will proactively manage their client accounts acting as the interface for all activities and escalations. An intimate knowledge of the organisations solutions and the client’s business is key.

What you will be doing:
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Meet commitments; ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Identify and grow opportunities within the account and collaborate with business development to ensure growth attainment
• Act as the focal point for all change requests representing client needs to the development and support teams
• Manage high Priority requests or issue escalations as needed

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Proven account management or other relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken is essential
• Fluency in one or more of the following: French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian is essential
• BA/BS degree or equivalent is desirable
