What you’ll do

As a Bid Writer, you will write high quality written content for invitations to tender, selection questionnaires, proposals, expressions of interest, case studies and presentations providing an important role in winning contracts across the City and County Healthcare services.  Developing and writing excellent compelling, articulate responses that meets the criteria of the bid specification, the aims of the commissioner and the values of City and County Healthcare.  Working closely with the Bid Manager, you will develop winning themes for invitations to tender, case studies and presentations.

This is a homebased role, working with an experienced, creative team.  We can also offer hybrid working if you prefer an office environment as we have office locations across the UK.

What you need

You will need to be an accomplished and confident writer witha true passion for writing and adapting the written style to meet the needs of the commissioning body and demonstrable experience of producing draft bid responses in health and social care (e.g. Home Care, Continuing Healthcare, Extra Care) or within a similar market sector such as social care, health and wellbeing, along with an understanding of LA and ICB commissioning and processes.
