Benefits Management Expert

The successful candidate will work within the Benefits team on a multi-year programme to deliver and become recognised leaders in customer-focused asset management. The programme includes transitioning the business to a new operating model that will fundamentally change asset management within the company, as well as ensuring more innovative delivery and procurement strategies.

You will be responsible for assisting the Benefits lead in the definition of an agreed benefits management strategy and framework, establish the tracking mechanism to support the programme, create a benefits realisation plan to document the release of benefits and engage with stakeholders to develop the framework and the detailed benefits map.
