Salary: £26,000 – £28,080 per year
CERT Solutions are recruiting for a Behaviour Support Worker to work at a primary school based in West Bromwich
As a Behaviour Support Worker you will be working with small groups or on a one-to-one basis with students who have been identified with Social, Emotional Behavioural or Mental Health issues. You will support the class teacher in addressing the needs of the pupils but especially those pupils who need particular help with behaviour management to overcome barriers to learning, and help to develop and implement IEPs/EHCPs and behaviour management strategies.
The ideal candidate will be patient, resilient and empathetic to students’ individual needs. Experience of working with children and young adults as either a Youth Worker, a Sports Coach or within an education setting would be advantageous.
* School based in West Bromwich, Sandwell
* £26,000 – £28,080 per year, depending on experience
* Will consider recent graduates or college leavers with the right attitude/passion
* SEN experience preferred
