Bar Manager – Exclusive Hotel

Salary: £30,000 per year

Our client runs a number of high quality Hotels and Coaching Inns across the picterque Lake District. They are currently looking to recruit a Bar Manager to join their team at their multi award winning hotel in Derwentwater in Keswick.

The Role:

The Bar Manager will be dynamic, and enthusiastic with an evident passion for hospitality. You will use your great leadership skills to manage and motivate the bar teams to offer an environment where outstanding service, mixed with a welcoming ambience. You will have full responsiblity for ordering and managing all bar stock, whilst driving performance and profits by focusing on sales to achieve performance objectives and results in a changing business environment

• Experience in dealing with a wide range of cocktails, wines, spirits and beers
• Knowledge of current licensing regulations associated with a busy bar
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Be able to build, develop, motivate and coach a team
• The drive to be successful in building a reputation as a go to venue
• The business accolade to maximise sales and get ahead with the local competition
