The Graduate Recruitment Consultant Role:
– Researching and understand the market, and the key individuals
– Build and maintain a portfolio of appropriate candidates and clients
– General administration
– Forge new relationships through network at every given opportunity
– Attending client meeting to fully understand client briefs
– Account management
– Co-ordinating interviews and collating feedback
– Securing business wherever possible
– Working to achieve pre-set targets

What We Are Looking For in a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
– Minimum of a 2:1 in a business or finance related course
– Strong interest in the banking and finance industry
– Must be social and have good interpersonal skills
– Well-presented and Polished
– Impeccable communication skills
– Good phone manner and comfortable talking with high net worth individuals
– Evidence of a strong work ethic, have experience of working in a fast paced environment
– Office or phone experience is preferable
– Ambitious, Confident and Resilient
– Must have a convincing reason as to why recruitment is the desired career path
