Band 5 – Pharmacy Technician – Stoke – £20ph

Salary: £24 per hour

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Band 5 Pharmacy Technician to support the hospital Pharmacy Department in Stoke.

Job Details:-
· £20ph
· Full-Time (37.5 hours)

Role Responsibilities

• Liaise with CMDU ensuring continuity of stock supplies to the wards
• Stock management for the antiviral therapies
• Liaise with senior medical staff and patients
• Screen prescriptions for nMABs & oral antiviral treatment for accuracy
• Responsible for ensuring Blu Teq forms are completed, submitted and the Blu Teq & local databases are updated
• Dispense oral medicines
• Make arrangements for the collection & delivery of medicines to patient homes

Person Specifications
Ø Hold GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician
Ø Hospsital/Ward experience
Ø Desirable: NHS experience
Ø Desirable: ACT qualified
