Position: Band 4 Pharmacist

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Band 4 Pharmacists for a 6 weeks position with our client near Surrey.
Job Requirements:
The suitable applicant will be based in Surrey or willing to commute. the suitable applicant must have knowledge of JAC and must have experience of dispensing for all specialties including paediatrics and oncology Labelling, dispensing, stock taking, stock replenishment and any other duties as requested by Chief Technician or Site Manager. The post offers Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 hours. You must be willing to work through the Christmas period.
Skills/Qualifications:
You will need to have previous UK hospital experience of at least 2 years, and must be GPhC registered to be considered for this position.
All applicants must be GPhC registered
Hold a current CRB
Hold Up to Date Occupational Health Records
Provide 2 References
