Band 2 Clerical Officer

What: Clerical Officer
When: Starting Monday 4th April
Where: NHS, Nottingham
Type: Temp, ongoing (we estimate 6 months)
Hours: 4am to 8am, 4 days on then 4 days off
How much: £26,000 – £30,420 per year

The Position:
*Locating and collecting health records from around the hospital.
*Tracking the notes on the Medway computer system (full training given)
*Filing of large paper files (will require some heavy lifting)
*Working as part of a small team.

The Person:
*Able to commit to night shifts on a long term basis
*Customer focused with a welcoming and friendly manner
*Ability to work accurately and efficiently, under littler supervision
*Someone who works well within a team
*Enthusiasm and hard work ethic
*Physically fit and able to occasionally lift heavy paper files
