Backshift Warehouse Pickers

Maxwell Bruce is currently recruiting for Backshift Warehouse Pickers for one of our clients based on the outskirts of Bathgate.

Initial annual salary of £26,000per year rising to £26,000 per year after successful completion of 12 weeks service.

Candidates must be willing to undergo a drug & alcohol test before commencing employment.

The client recruits for both day and back shift roles. Candidates must be flexible and be available to work between 6am till 2pm (days) & 4pm till 12am (backs), and candidates will be guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week.

This will initially be a temporary contract for the right candidates, however, after a period of 13 weeks these roles will go permanent.

Key Requirements:
• Experience of working within a process and target driven environment.
• The ability to be trained on a voice pick system
• Flexibility to work within the above shift patterns
• Demonstrate recent experience within a similar role
• Good time keeping, attendance and reliability are essential

Due to location and start time/finish times own transport is desirable.
