Job Description:
Fantastic opportunities are on offer for a number of exceptional B2B Sales Consultants with a track record of success and who are looking to further their career. The focus of the role is to contact new and manage existing customers to offer energy and utilities management expertise. You will actively prospect and develop long term customer relationships and identify needs, taking the customer through the entire sales process; with assistance from the Broker Support team.
Responsibilities for the B2B Sales Consultant is:
- Create, develop and close B2B sales leads
- Arrange gas and electricity contracts for your clients
- Follow up existing renewals
- Provide excellent customer service
- Provide ongoing management information such as pipelines and forecasts
- Provide a high level of customer care and integrity
- Represent the business in a courteous and professional manner
- Ongoing training is provided to ensure continued development and success
Experience:
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Knowledge of Energy and Utilities market advantageous
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Experience attracting and managing new business from cradle to grave
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative with a positive, can do attitude
- Strong administration skills
- Strong IT skills
- Motivated and willing to go the extra mile to ensure success
