Event Planner – B2B International Events – West Midlands

Experienced Event specialist is required to join this growing team. You will need to demonstrate considerable experience of running your own portfolio of commercial B2B events, project management skills and able to thrive within a deadline driven environment.

Key responsibilities will include venue research, management of speaker and sponsor logistics and registration management. Identifying and working with vendors, manage internal and external relationships. Data management and reporting, budget management and scenario planning. You will also have responsibility for evening events from venue sourcing, menu, furniture and entertainment.

Organised, detail orientated and outstanding communication skills. Capable of multi tasking, professional and excellent client facing skills are just some of the key attributes required to be considered for this role.
