B2B/B2C PPC Account Manager-London-Top Agency Side-Up to £42,000
Forward Role are currently seeking a B2B PPC Account Manager in London ‘top agency’ side. Ideally we need someone who is working heavily in AdWords & has client facing experience. This role is to become the PPC guru, someone innovative with reports, an Excel whiz and can help others/manage executives. SEO knowledge would be great to have too when speaking to clients. Salary for this role is up to £42k with an excellent benefits package & working environment. We want to speak to both B2B and B2C candidates with a passion for PPC account management for this role and Senior PPC executives will also be considered.
About the role
We’re looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual who has a passion for all things digital with a desire to become a central member of our team.
Specialising in paid search, you will have in-depth knowledge of building, optimising and analysing PPC campaigns using platforms such as Google AdWords and Analytics.
- Manage your own clients. You will be fully responsible for the planning, execution & reporting of client work, ensuring all deadlines are met and the search strategy is clear & measurable.
- You must have solid organisation skills & time management skills & will deal with cross-channel/sector account management with ease.
- Demonstrating strong commercial awareness is key, identifying areas for new client business growth.
- In addition, you will be very passionate about helping & growing team members, leading weekly internal catch ups to help manage & delegate workflow.
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise & line manage executives/senior executives through KPI setting & progressive development to aid retention
- Providing insight on weekly/monthly reports back to clients
- Oversees the quality of client work across your accounts
- Be accountable for client results in relation to objectives/business KPIs and to maintain/develop clients
- be a first point of contact for all client communication
- Take the lead in preparing & implementation of cross discipline client strategy
- Identify the need for client contract renewals
- Helping development of pitch strategies with a creative approach
Essential Skills
- Strong digital knowledge, with a focus on PPC but ideally some knowledge of SEO and other channels
- Analytics/data insights
- Strong commercial understanding of a large digital agency and your clients requirements
- Attention to detail across the board
- Be a team player
- Be able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders/team members/client point of contacts
