A DAY IN THE LIFE
This role plays a pivotal part in crafting exceptional market reports and executing CASES consulting projects that aid our clients in making informed decisions that impact the automotive industry.
- Contribute to research and consultancy projects, employing appropriate research methodologies to deliver reliable, accurate, and current information and data.
- Analyze data and information, going beyond obvious conclusions to provide actionable and value-adding insights for clients. Addressing the ‘So What?’ questions is crucial for success in this role.
- Coordinate your work and that of others, employing delegation and time management. Promptly raise any concerns to ensure project compliance and effective client communication.
- Guide others on best practices in research tools and techniques, highlighting potential pitfalls. Deliver ‘client-ready’ executive-level summaries and concise conclusions.
- Support the preparation of client proposals by estimating resources for specific work packages and suggesting supporting materials showcasing our capabilities.
ABOUT YOU
- Understanding of opportunities and challenges in the automotive technology sector, with evidence of staying abreast of technical and business developments.
- Previous 1-2 years’ experience in research and report writing.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proven ability to work autonomously within established methodologies, adapting quickly to changing conditions.
- Inquisitive mindset with the ability to ask and answer the ‘So What’ questions, providing accurate insights.
- Interest in the automotive industry and a commitment to meeting client needs.
- Exposure to coordinating workload and developing others, guiding performance on tasks and activities is desirable.
- Excellent written communication skills to produce high-quality client reports in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience working with international clients.

- Experience in planning and prioritising in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Understanding of project risk and experience adapting plans accordingly.
- Knowledge of AI tool use for data collection and refinement.
