Automotive Resource Support Consultant

An opportunity for an Resource Support to be actively involved in candidate attraction, sourcing and screening as well as resourcing live requirements for some of the most prestigious OEM, Tier 1 and Automotive consultancies in the UK.

Previous sales or tele sales experience is highly desired but not essential, as is a passion for the Automotive sector.

A superb opportunity has arisen to join an established, fast paced and very busy Automotive contract desk at Connectus. Successful candidates will be joining one of Connectus’ top billing teams and will be actively involved in candidate attraction, sourcing and screening as well as resourcing live requirements.

The requirement exists for a highly motivated and proactive individual. Successful candidates will be working in a fast paced environment interacting with highly skilled engineers in a competitive domain. Previous sales or telesales experience is highly desired but not essential, as is a passion for the Automotive sector.
This represents a terrific opportunity for someone looking to start out in their career or someone after a position with defined career progression. Extensive training and mentoring will be provided and the possibility for the position to grow into a full consultant role is certainly a realistic for a candidate that demonstrates the right attitude and flair for the role.
