We are working with an education provider in the Bristol who are looking for a Body Repair Trainer to join their team on full-time and permanent basis.
The position is a permanent full-time role, comprising of 37 hours per week. The role would involve instructing the automotive organisation’s Body Repair Technicians in their main training centre. Students will be aged between 16 and 35, there would be no more than 12 people in a class, and most of the delivery will take place in their automotive workshop.
The starting salary for this position is up to a maximum of £38,400 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), which would also include a 3% contributory pension, and a holiday allocation of 23 days (plus 8 days for Bank Holidays).
To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-a strong background as a Body Technician in the automotive industry
-Minimum Level 3 NVQ/ATA or a similar recognised qualification
-Excellent communication skills
Successful applicants will ideally have experience in delivering training to either apprentices or skilled professionals. However, we will also be pleased to accept applications from experienced Body Technicians who have a background in the industry and keen to develop a career delivering training.
