Audit Semi – Senior

An established firm of accountants & auditors in central Birmingham are looking for a new Audit Semi-Senior to join the team, after a recent internal promotion has created a new vacancy. The successful candidate will be challenged with a varied client portfolio, as well as benefitting from completing other work as well as Audit (i.e. Accounts Preparation, Tax Returns, etc.) to ensure that they gain all-round experience (not just Audit). There will be a supportive team with an award-winning training scheme mentoring you, training you and developing you as you progress with your ACA / ACCA studies. This fantastic opportunity may suit a candidate who is currently in Audit, (studying either ACCA or ACA) and would like to move to a new firm to either broaden their all-round accounting skills or gain more Audit experience.

Ideally, you will:

Be part-way through your ACCA or ACA studies;
Already have good Audit experience gained from another firm of accountants in your accounting career to date;
Have an outstanding communication style, with a level of confidence that allows you to comfortably converse with clients and staff of all levels (junior and senior).
