Associate Trainers – Life Skills or Employability Skills

We are looking for a number of exceptional people to join our associate team to enable local families to move towards sustained employment by delivering our life skills or employability solutions. Our culture is fast paced, high achieving, energetic, enthusiastic, hard working and fun. We have high expectations of everyone and are dedicated to helping people progress towards and find work.

All of our associates operate on a self employed basis. We are currently adding to our associate teams in Bristol.

YOU

Our Life skills associates will ideally come from a background of supporting families facing difficult problems and challenges, and have experience of delivering training or coaching
to groups.

Our Employability Associates will have solid recruitment experience and a knowledge of the local labour market. You will work with customers to give them the inside knowledge that will help them gain interviews and work opportunities.

Both roles require highly developed people skills which will enable you to engage with customers from a wide range of backgrounds, and to maintain their engagement over a
period of time. You will have a good level of understanding of the problems disadvantaged families face and of the communities in which they live, and will ideally be involved with your local community.
You will have a passion for people, the ability to demonstrate empathy, and an encouraging approach, as well as being an inspirational and motivational facilitator.
