We are a long established and award winning recruitment consultancy that employs over 500 consultants with ‘super-sites’ giving us total UK coverage. We operate specialist divisions across many sectors including a thriving legal division that provides recruitment solutions to law firms within private practice, in-house and the public sector. The Legal team in Brighton was established in 2010. We have been operating in Sussex and now have a 10 strong team based across our Crawley and Brighton offices. Due to continued success we are seeking a trainee recruitment consultant to join our team in Brighton and develop a long term career.

Responsibilities of a Trainee Consultant
The vacancy exists working within our South West Team responsible for placing part and qualified legal professionals across the region. The role will involve learning all aspects of recruitment within structured and ongoing training which will give you the tools to develop a long lasting career.

As a recruitment consultant is rewarding and varied allowing you to develop new business through calling and visiting clients and resourcing the best possible candidates, utilising our extensive database, marketing and head hunting techniques.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced environment where you will work towards exceeding set targets and earning commission and incentives within a fun and friendly environment.
