Salary: £78,000 – £90,000 per year
A leading cost consultancy with an international presence is looking to recruit an Associate level Quantity Surveyor for their expanding residential & mixed-use team.
You will be working on high-end residential projects across London and the South East.
You will have considerable recent experience of working on high-value residential projects in London and the South East. Ideally working for a range of clients, from high net worth individuals to large-scale developers, although candidates who have worked only in one area will be considered.
You will be experienced in leading teams and have had some exposure to business development.
Skills & Experience
* MRICS essential
* Quantity Surveying degree or relevant discipline.
* PQS background essential
* Proven experience in residential sector in London &
wide range of clients
* Proven experience of leading team
* Business development experience
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
