Salary: £72,000 – £84,000 per year
My client is a construction and property consultancy working across all sectors of the built environment. The team of people you will be working with are from diverse backgrounds and experiences and as well as being hard working they enjoy business networking, socialising and taking part in sporting events.
Projects: Commercial, Science, Mixed Use, Hotel
Requirements of the Associate Quantity Surveyor:
MRICS qualified
Strong management and client facing skills
Previous pre and post contract experience
of working within a consultancy environment
