Associate and Senior Town Planners

Are you a confident Senior Planner or established Associate looking to take your career to the next level with a successful Planning consultancy in the Thames Valley?

Are you keen to be directly involved in the future growth of the company, managing and delivering projects and actively seeking and developing new clients?

Do you have experience of residential schemes and interest or experience in commercial, mixed use, retail, regeneration or strategic land designation?

Along with the skills of a technical development management Planner, to be considered for shortlisting candidates should also be able to offer the following proven skills at Associate and Senior Planner level:

Associate Planner – Essential Criteria:

MRTPI chartered,
Strong background in Planning with residential experience,
Project management and preferably line management experience,
Proven record in successful business development,
Ability to manage and grow client relationships,
Local knowledge of the Thames Valley, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire areas,
Ability to manage a complex workload both independently and as part of a coherent team,
Full UK driving licence.

Senior Planner – Essential Criteria:

Strong background in a public or private sector environment (some consultancy experience preferred but not essential),
At least 3 years’ experience in a Town Planning role,
Residential planning experience,
Ability to undertake qualitative and sequential assessments,
Strong teamwork and communication skills,
Interest or experience in business development and client management,
Full UK driving licence.
