Assistant Store Manager – 28k London, Retail Food Store.

To start mid August. This role is in the heart of London at a fast paced retailer. Starting at £33,600 – £42,000 with the chance to grow to £35,000 within the first 12 Months of employment. 40 Hours p/w including one Saturday a month where you will be expected to do an 8 hour shift.

This role is located in London and/or surrounding at a leading Food Retail Store, it is a fantastic opportunity for a manager looking for a new challenge to take on a large team of shop floor employees, also reporting to your line manager on a regular basis. You will not be doing this job alone you will have the support of another Assistant Manager who will be back of house.

Essential:

* To be an energetic individual
* Ability to work at a fast pace
* Dealing with customer complaints, Solving Solutions on the shop floor and back of house
* After-care with products with customers
* Previous customer service experience in retail
* Previous experience in a Team leader or Supervisor role is essential.

Being a manager in your current employer is not essential, you must be able to demonstrate your skills over the phone interview or a role play in person.
