We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Flaxton to join our growing client. You will be given the opportunity to take the next step in your career, develop your skills further and make an impact within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
What will you be doing?
The Assistant Store Manager will manage all aspects of the store operation, co-leading the delivery of excellent customer service and high operational standards. Co-managing the team, driving sales, store performance, stock, finances, facilities and daily routines against KPI’s and with HSSE awareness.
What will you need?
You will need experience within Retail as a Supervisor or Team Leader, gained at Superstores, Convenience or Big Box Retail or Petrol Station Forecourts.
