Assistant Quarry Manager

Our client the UK�s leading sustainable building materials group is seeking an Assistant Quarry Manager to be accountable for supervising the site operatives and assisting with the day to day running of the Quarry.
This will involve ensuring that the highest standards of safety are constantly maintained and ensure that the quality of products being produced and production targets are met at all times.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering excellence in Health & Safety and environmental standards within a quarry environment and possess excellent team building and supervisory skills.

Good communication skills are required as you will be working closely with the Technical Department, Administration and other functions on site.

Must have the ability to drive the quarry forward and have commitment to pro-actively add value to the business.
