Our prestigious and highly respected client is seeking an Assistant / Operative to join their team in the production of specialist and niche products. Working within a small division, this role will require the individual attention to each product, which will include the use of hand tools, sanding by hand, mould preparation, product assembly and finishing of specific components for the motorsport and automotive industries.

This is an exciting opportunity that would suit candidates who enjoy seeing a unique finished product after a very manual and hands on process. Candidates with experience within pattern making / finishing, paint spraying or panel beating etc. would be well suited to this role. Typically this role will attract 40 hours per week (days) but will require flexibility to works additional hours during busy periods / seasons.

This requirement will attract an annual salary of c. £26,000per year (to include overtime during busy periods) within an organisation that can offer progression in time.
