As an Assistant Manager, youโll support the Unit Business Manager in every aspect of running the unit โ from people management to driving sales and profitability. Itโs fast-paced and demanding but weโll give you plenty of support and training to develop your career and help you progress.
A Welcome Break Assistant Manager would ideally:
- Have experience in a supervisor or management role in customer service
- Be passionate about delivering great customer service.
- Be a good people manager who can motivate others and lead by example.
- Be a true multi-tasker able to juggle a range of tasks.
- Be business-minded and focused on delivering profitable sales growth.
- Have ambition to develop their management career.
