We are seeking an experienced Team Leader / Assistant Manager with exceptional operations experience. Working for an established wholesale inbound tour operator, you will assist the Department Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Groups Team. You will manage team performance (team of 13 staff), organise, motivate and lead the team and communicate effectively with Asian and European offices and suppliers.

The successful candidate will have proven Team Leader or Assistant Manager experience gained within a Groups / Operations environment. You will have outstanding communication and negotiating skills, be highly organised and have the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. A strong knowledge of European destinations, some purchasing experience and fluency in English are also necessary.
