Assistant Manager

Assistant manager required to work within a busy food production environment on the outskirts of Newton Abbot.

You will be responsible for the to assist the production manager with the smooth running of the production process.

Previous work experience within the food industry is required. Must have a good understanding of health and safety at work. Basic food hygiene certificate/qualifications are required.

• The ability to deal with production issues autonomously.
• Experience in implementing continuous improvement within a production environment.
• Experience in driving teams to achieve KPIs.
• Have a full clean driving license.

A forklift truck license is not essential but is an advantage.
