Assistant Management Accountant | Gainsborough area
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
Perm | Full Time Office Based

Assistant Management Accountant required for our Gainsborough based client. This is a varied assistant management accounts opportunity as it encompasses all aspects of assisting in the preparation of the management accounts, including weekly KIP reporting, fixed asset management, accruals & prepayments.

Assistant Management Accountant duties will include:

Reporting to the Management Accountant, assisting in the preparation of the monthly management accounts.
P&L and balance sheet reconciliations.
Variance Analysis.
Weekly KPI reporting and analysis.
Fixed asset management.
Accruals & prepayments.
Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process.
Assist in the annual audit preparation.

Skills and knowledge required for the Assistant Management Accountant:

Prior experience in a similar role assistant accountant role
AAT Qualified or part qualified accountant studying CIMA / ACCA
Be a confident communicator
Have good Excel skills
