£45,000 – £50,000 + Excellent Bonus and Package

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Company Secretary to join a leading UK Investment Platform in their ever expanding London operation. As Assistant Company Secretary, you will report into to the Group Counsel and have primary responsibility for performing the duties of Company Secretary to the subsidiary companies within the Group. As part of this, you will also support the Group Counsel in performing Company Secretarial duties for the Group parent company. Your role will therefore include all preparations for board meetings as well as corporate governance and other company secretarial duties. You will also be responsible for maintaining all communications with shareholders and the options and shares register. Above all this is an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their Company Secretarial career in a bright and demanding organisation.

To be successful in this role, you should have had previous experience in a Company Secretarial role, ideally from within a Financial Services, Insurance or Banking environment. You should also ideally be working towards or have completed your ICSA qualification. Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must as is the desire to develop your career in this sector.
