Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year
Assistant Buyer Warwick £25-30k
We are looking to recruit an Assistant Buyer to join a busy Construction company based at our flag ship Warwick office. The Assistant Buyer will also be offered training and development within our buying department, long term the position would evolve to Intermediate Buyer and then Senior Buyer.
If you have previous experience as a Buyer working for a Construction or Housing contractor, this could be for you
The Assistant Buyer will provide buying support to the Commercial Department which will include –
- Buying purchasing materials at best prices
- Answering calls from subcontractors / suppliers / employees
- Data input of fortnightly & monthly subcontractor payments
- Preparing electronic subcontract orders for customer options and incentives
You should possess a good knowledge of Microsoft (2010), Word, and Excel. The successful candidate should have good attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines. You will have at least 1 years buying experience within the Building and Construction industry. In the first instance, please email your c.v.
