Salary
Up to £27,277 plus bonus OTE 10%

 
What you’ll be doing

Supporting your Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in the success and profitability of a Screwfix Trade Counter. Drawing on your retail management experience, you will focus on supporting the team to meet KPI’s and targets whilst at the same time ensuring they are motivated and engaged. 

Working alongside your team, you’ll proactively drive superb customer service, promote add on sales, and maintain operational standards to a high level.

What we’re looking for
A proven track record in retail management with a passion for sales and customer service. You will be able to motivate and inspire those around you and provide effective support to your Branch Manager.

With a hands-on approach, you will demonstrate your experience in the understanding and influencing of store targets and the skill to ensure the smooth running of the front of house alongside a busy and active warehouse.
