Assembly Test and Qualification Engineer

Location: West Midlands

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000per annum plus benefits

Hours: Dayshift Mon-Friday

Education: Apprentice trained in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Aeronautical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience: Aerospace or Automotive (specialist automotive i.e. F1) background
Actuation experience is ideal but if not they must have assembly and test on complex/precision engineered metal parts

Hydraulic experience

This hands on role will involve new product assembly, from beginning assembly stages to final test. The role will involve assembly of circa 500-600 components, qualification endurance testing and the production of testing documentation of complex, precision engineered hydraulic actuators which are flight critical.
