The Company

Due to an extremely busy order book, Kelburn Recruitment are currently recruiting for one of our prestigious clients based in Newton Aycliffe who have a strong global presence within the automotive industry.

The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic operatives with previous experience working within a fast paced environment. The role would involve:

* Assembly of automotive components

* Working in a fast paced target driven environment

* Ensuring all products are manufactured to specification and production plans

* Machine operating

* Safely operating machinery

* Attending start of shift team briefings

* Re work and quality inspection

* Packing

* Manual Handling

* Maintain company’s health & safety standards at all times

The Candidate

* Ideally from manufacturing / assembly background

* Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment essential

* A positive attitude and willing to learn

* Good work ethic, able to work part of a team as well as individually

* Able to hit targets as required

The Hours

3 shift weekly rotation pattern, Days, lates and nights (must be flexible to work all shifts)

* Days 07.00 – 15.00 Monday to Friday

* Lates 15.00 – 23.00 Monday to Friday

* Nights 23.00 – 07.00 Sunday to Thursday

The Pay

* £26,000 Gross per week through PAYE (Kelburn to not pay workers through umbrella payroll companies)
