Salary: £26,000per year, overtime is time and a third, weekends = time and a half

Rota/schedule: Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:00, Friday 07:30 – 13:00

Description: 1Four1 Recruitment are excited to bring you this great opportunity, based in Crick, Northamptonshire.

Our client is looking for experienced assemblers to join their friendly workforce, to develop and extend their talents and skills. Successful candidates will be assembling and building the company’s products per plan provided.

Duties:

* To observe all batch and serial number traceability requirements, ensuring these are upheld at all times

* To liaise with the support departments

* At all times ensuring quality standards are met

* To follow and complete all work in a timely manner in the priority order and schedule order agreed

* Always having a positive attitude, ensuring behaviour is professional, respectful and positive.

* To achieve manufacturing KPI Targets

* To adhere to all production documentation and instructions or drawings detailing the correct method of production.

* Maintaining general cleanliness and organisation of your work station

* Support all continuous improvement activities throughout the Factory and Warehouse by participation in or support of the outcomes including efficiency gains or waste reduction exercises.

Requirements:

* GCSE in 4 subjects above grade D (including Maths and English)

* Excellent communicational skills verbal and written

* Basic computer literacy

* Experience in a similar role

* Brilliant attention to detail

* Physically fit

* A motivated approach to problem solving and working within a team

* Interest, passion and experience of working within manufacturing
