Flexible Cover Supervisors required for Brighton School
We are calling all Cover Supervisors with excellent behaviour management!
Prospero teaching are working with a large secondary school in Brighton, who are keen to appoint a Cover Supervisor working on a weekly basis, covering a range of lessons.
This role will see any aspiring teacher gaining excellent experience prior to starting their teaching qualification and will allow you to fine tune your classroom based skills.
Ideally, you will have at least 6 weeks classroom, or school based experience, although we are interested to work with anyone who has worked within youth care or behavioural support.
Confidence is a must in this role, and you mustn’t shy away from a challenge!

- Full classroom cover and behaviour management
- On-going work on a weekly basis
- Flexible to fit around you
- Good rates of pay – starting at £26,000 per year
- Monday to Friday – term time only
Supply Teacher Experience, Training and Qualifications
Must have experience working with children and young people – at least 6 weeks
Must have strong behaviour management skills.
Up to date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.
Strong Behaviour Management skills are a must.
To be eligible for any teaching job with Prospero Teaching, you must;
Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application.
Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
Provide two professional child related references.
