Our client is a leading fashion brand with an well established production studio. The studio is tasked with producing and delivering the print collateral and high-end directory for their discerning consumers. They are a long established brand, who excel in a competitive market-place by selling high quality clothing and accessories. They have beautiful offices, with parking on-site and a positive culture in which to enjoy your day and thrive.

About The Role:

The role of Production Assistant resides in the studio and works within the production team.
You’ll take on a key role in supporting the running of their directory with the hands on artworking and management of this high-profile project. You’ll prepare and distribute artwork files while also dealing with the daily processing and delivery of page layouts to tight but achievable deadlines. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of your work.
About You
Aside from the experience outlined below, you do need you to be happy with either shift pattern, as follows:
Wednesday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm
or

Monday to Thursday 11am to 7pm and Friday 11am to 6.45pm

With experience in a similar role, you’ll have the technical understanding of the Mac operating system
You’ll be skilled in design applications and production tools including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, content management systems, image databases, font management systems and Microsoft packages
A team player with excellent communication skills, you’ll be able to build strong internal and external relationships, and effectively share knowledge throughout the business
You’ll enjoy working in a fast paced environment, be self-motivated and able to efficiently work on your own to ensure deadlines are met
Able to plan and manage your own workload, you’ll take a positive and flexible approach to the role
