Are you a creative Art Teacher experienced working with pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties and looking for a new challenge?

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an SEN Art Teacher within a special provision in the Cheshire East area.

This developing special school currently caters around 50 pupils aged 11-16 with a range of SEN, specifically those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties. They aim to provide a broad and relevant curriculum in a safe and structured environment

To join the QT team and be successful in this Art Teacher role you will need to have:

*QTS or equivalent qualification that allows you to teach in schools
*Excellent subject knowledge
*Experience working with young people with a range of additional needs, such as SEMH
*A flexible and calm approach when working with young people
*The ability to build and develop positive relationships with students
