AREA SALES ENGINEER (Off Road)
SALARY: £48,000 – £60,000+ CAR + Fantastic Benefits Package
I am recruiting for a highly skilled Area Sales Engineer to join a fantastic company. The role is home based but will require the individual to travel to the site based in Bradford at least once per week.
The organisation I am working with design and manufacture specialist equipment to the world’s largest vehicle and component manufacturers. The product is extremely high quality and are used by a large range of manufactures that are in rapidly growing legislation and environmentally driven market sectors.
THE ROLE:

Explore automotive markets and identify key areas that products best fit
*
Pitch technically complex proposals, products, concepts and solutions to various audiences
*
Assist and guide internal sales teams with preparation of quote bids and tenders
*
Deal with sales cycles varying in lengths
*
90% New Business & 10% Account Management
*
Establish long term relationships
THE PERSON:
*
High level Business Development sales experience
*
MUST have sold into Off Road/ Off Highway vehicle OEMs.
*
Experience selling automotive product to big automotive manufacturers *Essential*
*
Flexibility *Must be available for travel on short notice*
*
Must have excellent organisational skills
*
Must be driven, determined and focused
