For more than 20 years our client has been one of the leading suppliers to the Stone industry. High end products into independents. This is an exclusive product / brand and used predominantly as kitchen work surfaces, wall claddings and specialist floor tiles. The Company’s European Headquarters is located in Northern England and stock held in Dublin. We are currently recruiting a Field based Account Manager to visit our customer base in Northern and Southern Ireland.

THE ROLE:

Merchandise and promote existing products with existing customers

* To establish showroom displays and samples in kitchen studios.

Be organised – your call cycle is organised for you – you just need to DRIVE – Communicate and build relationships! (No selling)

* Report daily to the Sales Office with extra orders and enquiries. (Remotely)

* Prepare weekly call sheets for submission to the Sales Manager.

Circa 15-20 calls per week face to face covering the Yorkshire and the North East

The Candidate:

The individual will be hardworking, responsive, with good communication and organisational skills and be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.

– Experience in face to face retail OR sales or merchandising is a bonus – Personality, professional pride and driving confidence is essential!

Monday to Friday role with flexibility

Salary:

£22,000 basic plus company car and all petrol and expenses
