RSC Associates is a leading support services company specialising in cleaning and security with an excellent track record of delivering high quality facilities solutions to retail premises, leisure facilities, theatres, hotels, corporate offices and managing agents. 

Position: Director 
Location: Southern Area 
Salary: £84,000per annum 

About the Role: 
The Area Director will manage the day to day delivery of cleaning services to customers whilst leading and motivating the Cleaning team. You will take personal management responsibility for the area`s client accounts and develop good relations with all client representatives. 

Within this role, you will have responsibility for maintaining and protecting the company contractual business within the designated portfolio by developing and maintain excellent client relationships and develop, own and deliver key customer plans to underpin contract development / retention and profit. You will also source and develop new opportunities with existing clients and actively seek new business relationship opportunities. 

In addition you will be the primary lead on all retenders within the division and participate actively in all major tenders and bid processes including the transition in the case of new business and retention in the case of existing clients. Furthermore you will provide pre-sales support to the business development teams and develop and implement service density plans within the portfolio Area to promote internal growth of Windows and Pest control services. 

About You: 
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in successfully growing sustainable B2B services business in a high change environment, with evidence of strong leadership experience ideally from different environments, successfully building high performance teams. 

In addition you will have the ability to work well in a highly pressurised environment and motivate and lead the team to new levels of development and achievements by regular coaching and one-to-ones with the Regional Managers and Area Managers.
