The Position:

We are looking for sales professionals who have the drive and sales ability to continue the growth within all of our teams. All of our divisions are very established within their specialist markets. The role will initially be to generate candidates for the first 2-4 weeks (this is your product), then moving into a full 360 recruitment position where you will establish your client base and prospect list and your sales ability will really shine.

The successful sales professionals/graduates will be responsible for account managing and selling new business into different companies, such as the NHS, Local Authorities, Private Healthcare providers and Public and Private Schools. You will build new relationships and also be in charge of candidate generation. Strategic lead generation, you will be allocated a number of businesses to work with and it will be your responsibility to map these and understand the key contacts. Organise meetings with the key contacts within those businesses. You will have enormous opportunity to progress in this company and the ability to build a career in recruitment and take hold of your earning capacity – some of the top billers in the company are earning £120,000 per year in commission alone. Do you have what we’re looking for?

• Educated to degree level OR minimum 1 year sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Drive and ambition with the desire to succeed
• 1 year sales experience at THE SAME COMPANY – Media sales/Telesales (outbound)/B2B sales/Estate Agency/Lettings Negotiator/ Outbound sales/Direct Sales/IT Software Sales

We are continuing to expand our business into 2014 and have many positions available.

The salary is between £20,000p/a and £25,000 p/a, depending on experience, your OTE in your first year will be between £30k – £35k.
