We are looking enthusiastic and driven candidates to join our client based in Wallisdown on long-term temporary contract.

Your duties will include:

· Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats – this role will purely be a customer service position – no sale involved.

· Processing and taking ownership of all incoming contacts in a multimedia environment

· Processing pertinent information into relevant databases

· Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries

· Excellent time management and adherence to schedule

· Performing extra tasks given by managers / shift supervisors as required

We are looking for:

· Proven experience of delivering customer excellence

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German

· Analytical thinker with problem solving skills

· Comfortable with technology and relish new opportunities

· Ability to self manage

Great salary rates from £7.18 up to £9.23 plus KPI bonus up to 1500 per annum.

37.5 hours per week Monday to Saturday on shift rota rotation from 8am to 8pm.
