Architectural Technician

Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year

Well-known Housebuilder looking to add to their Technical Team in the North West with the addition of an experienced Architectural Technician(or Senior). A very well-established residential construction company looking to increase production volume in the NW region at a sensible rate with an emphasis on producing quality homes.

Large land bank & pipeline, and experience at director level to succeed with their plans. This expansion will present a genuine opportunity for career progression as region grows. The day to day role will be split between hands-on design(production of working & planning drawings, building regulation applications, resolving site queries) and co-ordinating of internal & external architectural, engineering, and planning professionals.

Realistic in their need to incentivise the best candidates, salary will be considered on a case by case basis + Car, Health, Pension, Bonus.
