Our client, an architectural practice based close to Ipswich, are seeking an Architect to join their team. The successful Architect will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects predominantly within the commercial and residential sectors allowing any talented candidate to further their knowledge as well as develop their career further, within a supportive atmosphere.

Strong design flare will be key for the successful Architect as one of the responsibilities will be to produce strong drawings. Knowledge of UK building regulations and other statutory responsibilities will also be key for any individual wanting to apply to our client. Our client is open to supporting recently qualifed Architects as well as more experirenced Architects. Projects differentiate with size and value. This offers the chance for the successful individual to further their careers and work within a range of sectors within a practice that has an excellent reputation in the area with their clients as well as developing excellent project briefs. Our client is keen to have an Architect with excellent design flare join the team and have a role within the office to run proejcts from Inception through to Completion.

Architect Position Overview

Contribute to project and practice activities
Work on an extensive pipeline of projects
Participate in meetings with external consultants or clients
Problem solve and demonstrate an understanding of the architectural process, both in design and construction.
Work on projects across all RIBA stages

Architect Position Requirements

ARB Qualified architect
Confident, proactive and a highly organised team player
Strong Design flare
Live in or around the Suffolk area
