Arabic or Mandarin Speaking Professionals – Luxury Retail

We are currently recruiting for a Luxury Retail Sales Assistant fluent in either Mandarin or Arabic. This individual needs to have a passion for customer service, luxury fashion and have a clear interest in the industry.

Successful applicants will be working for this prestigious luxury retailer, who pride themselves on their attention to detail and innovative designs. Specialising in classic attire for men and women, our client is steeped with history and heritage.

The store is located within an internationally known shopping village renowned for its luxurious stores and high tourism rate. You will be required to provide a flagship standard of service to customers, which maintains the outstanding reputation of the brand.

Role Includes:
• Supporting the team in driving sales and working to achieve targets.
• Maintain high standards when it comes to displays and merchandising, insuring the store is always tidy and correctly stocked.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring all their requirements are understood and answered for.
• Help maintain high security measures to keep inline with company loss prevention policies.
Candidate requirements:
• Be fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin or Arabic.
• Must be enthusiastic and passionate.
• Eager to learn and have a thirst for knowledge.
• Enjoy working to targets and to work well under pressure.
• Have strong customer service skills.
• Be confident and forward thinking.
