Salary: £28,800 – £33,600 per year
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Apprenticeship Trainers based in the Bristol area on behalf of our training provider Client. Working within the Health and Social care sector you will be joining a well-established team that continues to grow organically through recommendations and repeat business. As an Apprenticeship Trainer you will enjoy a competitive salary package plus 33 days annual leave and be part of a caring organization that really values it’s people.
Fully accredited through Skills for Care and Ofsted inspected, as an Apprenticeship Trainer your duties will include:
* Manage a typical caseload of 35 – 40 apprentices
* Deliver QCF vocational qualifications plus others as required
* Ensure that employers and Apprentices are fully engaged in the programme
* Achieve timely and overall success rates including pass rates for functional skills
* Conduct Apprenticeship reviews on time and in line with funding guidelines
We are looking for An Apprenticeship Trainer with the following:
* TAQA Assessors Award or equivalent
* Occupational competence with Level 5 Health & Social care preferred
* Great presentation and communication skills
* AET qualification or equivalent
* Coaching qualification preferred
* Overall a positive and professional attitude and a commitment to the welfare of learners
You will be working a 35-hour week which may need to adapt to Client requirements but would normally be based on M-F, 9 – 4.30.
